For on mountain dining during the ski day, we prefer Bachelors Gulch Ritz Carlton Buffalos which opens at 11 and is a casual atmosphere for a quick lunch on the mountain.  We LOVED the Brussel sprouts.
For Apres Ski Beaver Creek Village, the Park Hyatt tables outside are equipped with wool blankets and standing heathers. The wine list is extensive and the people watching is great. Your kids can go slide down the nearby bunny slopes, stopping to eat complimentary s’mores cooked outside on the fire pit. S’more Happy Hour is 4-5.

The best apres ski event the entire family will enjoy in Beaver Creek is the FREE COOKIES beginning at 3pm daily and sometimes are even served in the morning before skiing. The warm, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are such a added treat and are served daily during ski season.
For fine dining, the nicest restaurant in Beaver Creek for ambience, views and food is hands down,  Splendido at Chateau. The Dover Sole is consistently excellent.
Zino is our go-to family and date night restaurant located in nearby town, Edwards, CO. We eat dinner there at least once every trip to Beaver Creek. It is a family friendly restaurant with fab pizza and mussels.

Northside Kitchen’s breakfast, specifically their donuts, are beyond noteworthy. The variety of choices starting with Cronuts, croissants fried like a donut, to my personal favorite, the timeless bear claw. The Vintage Princessa chose 6 but of course we had to help her.
What to Wear and What to Pack for Beaver Creek ski trips.
When packing for Beaver Creek, know that everything is causal. Pack shoes with rubber soles. Women wear jeans or leggings. Men wont need sports coats and women don’t need dresses in the winter. However, I do recommended packing a stylish bag and accessories for any daytime or evenings out in Beaver Creek.
The Goyard tote is water resident and big enough to carry the much needed water bottle and has enough space to carry gloves, hats and scarves once inside your destination.
Louis Vuitton Cross body, made of canvas, not leather, is also a great water retardant bag, so it wont be stained by the snow.
When there isn’t snow in the forecast, I carry a 35cm Hermes Kelly with a Fendi inspired bag strap.
I always think a fur coat is a good idea in the mountains. If you prefer, a faux fur is a great alternative.
