Contessa Collaboration | Duyen Huynh Nguyen, Operation Smile, Baanou

Duyen Huynh Nguyen, one of Houston’s Best Dressed, spends most of her days in scrubs and gloves as a dentist. On her days away, she has a serious appetite for fashion and taking care of her family.

She and her husband, Marc, have four daughters: Misha, twins Lauren and Chloe; and Anais, all of whom are fashion models. When they aren’t traveling the globe with their daughters’ runway shows or floating thru the Baltic on a family vacation, you will find them giving back to children in need.

Duyen’s friends showed up in full force to support our Contessa Collaboration benefitting Operation Smile.

Duyen was dressed in all black silk and leather, sporting a huge black bow at the base of her back. She is always that perfect mix of urban chic with a blend of classic details. I fell in love with this Chanel esq shorts set from Baanou coupled with dripping pearl necklaces and earrings from The Vintage Contessa.

I was thrilled to see our favorite ladies come out in full support of Operation Smile before stepping just around the corner for an event at Dior.

Thank you to stylist Lisa Powers and Maryam Afshari, our hostess and Baanou owner, for taking me outside my comfort zome, suggesting a pair of ripped shorts, paired with the perfect tweed duster and chanel belt and boots. I felt like I was ready to walk the runway.

And I just can’t help but point out, one of my all time favorite fashionistas and bff, Katherine Le, showed up looking so haute rocking a few of her fab Ava Le diamonds with a pair of Chanel boots that looked amazingly familiar….hmmm…Great minds…
