This weeks blog led us to MACARON by Patisse owned by my beautiful super creative talented friend Sukaina Rajani.

I love to surround myself with strong women with beautiful hearts and after a 15 minute conversation at a U of H Women’s Studies event, I knew I wanted to call her a friend. Upon entering her award winning first French macaron boutique in River Oaks, Houston, called ‘MACARON by Patisse’, I was deeply enchanted. Her boutique has received a lot of press and recognition since opening and has been bestowed with multiple awards, including ‘Best Commercial Design’, and most importantly, “Best Macarons” by many publications. MACARON by Patisse will also make an appearance as a participant in an upcoming CNBC reality TV production.

You don’t have to live in Houston to enjoy, MACARON by Patisse ships their macarons nationally, and has an extension location in the Galleria, and recently opened their boutique in the Woodlands.

Today we also turned the lens around and focused on one of the most whimsical inspiring photographers I know, my precious friend and photography partner in crime, Traci Ling of Leggings and Louboutins fame. For this L+L series, Traci knew the macaron leggings were a must. She paired them with her hot pink Demi You Glitter Louboutin pumps for the perfect match. We added our fabulous collection of luxurious Hermes, Chanel & handbags and jewelry from The Vintage Contessa. We felt like a kid in a candy {er, macaron} shop! I even sported my own Louboutins signed by Christian Louboutin himself.
