Houston Chronicle | What’s Old Is New Again At The Hccc Luncheon December 27, 2024

Fans of one-of-a-kind crafts would have been in collecting heaven  at the “Crafting A Legacy” Spring Luncheon.  Donae Chramosta (aka The Vintage Contessa) was a no-brainer pick as the silent auction chair since she lives and breathes collectible bags and baubles; for sale crafts created by local artist contained pieces made from recycled Louis Vuitton Speedys to Chanel medallion chained necklaces.   Benefiting the Houston Center For Contemporary Craft, luncheon chairs Sara MorganCarrin Patman and Paula Arnold chose to honor HCCC patrons Franci and Jim Crane as well as bestow the title of “Texas Master” to  curator Clint Willour (Willour  organizes over 25 exhibits yearly for the Galveston Arts Center) .
