Creature Comforts of Chocolate, Chanel & Cartier this Valentines Day

In today’s blog, we took a cue from an actual Chocolate Bar and chose the basic black style with a little TEXTURE, JUXTAPOSITION, BLING, POP OF COLOR & A FAB BAG. 

The Princessa’s Gap Vegan Leather Jacket was a nice subtle texture with black leggings, emulating a dark chocolate bar paired with bright designs and colorful bling, in the form of sucker and Yellow Hermes mini Pouchette Kelly bag. 

Embracing the nostalgic “Grease” movie diner feeling, the Princessa sported the Biker style jacket of the “motorcycle gang” with the opposing “pink ladies” ponytail, pink tulle sneakers and pink Chanel bag.

The whimsical & youthful location of The Chocolate Bar was a juxtaposition to photograph such luxurious pieces. 

We added bling in the form of a Bulgari Snake Serpanti Stainless Steel Watch, Rolex Submariner two tone with Black Dial watch, oversized sucker, and a large box of candy nerds. 

Mine and The Vintage Princessa’s pops of color were two yellow Hermes bags: an Evelyne and TPM Vespa.

The overall fab bag of the shoot was a Yellow Hermes 35cm Birkin with Rodeo Charm. 

Ironically, yellow blends easily with black tops, plaid Burberry skirts, and purple walls. Don’t feel like your limited to accessorize with colors in your outfit. You can add a color that blends well and really make a statement with your accessories.

Your best accessory is always a smile.
