The Vintage Contessa’s Italian Birthday Celebration

What a night it was! Donae turned 50 on Monday, and this past weekend we celebrated.

And celebrate we did!

It started with shopping and champagne at Dolce & Gabbana, followed by dinner and drinks at Toulouse across the way, at River Oaks District.

It didn’t just stop at dinner and drinks, though.

Authentic Italian dancers came out and danced halfway through the night, Hanh Tran did a live painting, and there was a cake to rival all cakes by Elizabeth Harvey Designs (see below). It was quite the soiree, and it was such a fun celebration.

The most important part was that Donae wanted to raise money for Know Autism, and she’s almost at her goal of $25,000 (link to donate below). Everyone was so generous and it was a truly special evening.
